The hamlet of Kingthorpe is on the B1202, roughly equidistant between Wragby and Bardney.

The B1202 links to the A158, which is the main Lincoln to Skegness road.

When you travel to Kingthorpe from Wragby or Bardney, you will notice a sign; 'Kingthorpe', afterward you will see the 'Kingthorpe Manor Farm B & B sign', take the turning signposted Apley.

The large wrought iron gates to Kingthorpe Manor Farm are directly ahead, beside our small woodland.
