A splendid country house with origins at the beginning of the 17th century, now offering luxury 4 Star Quality Assured accommodation.

Kingthorpe Manor Farm was in it's prime in the 18th century when it was largely remodelled to reflect the Georgian style of the time.

It was in this period, that it offered accommodation to revellers wishing to indulge in country pursuits amid Lincolnshire's Bardney Limewoods.

Sadly, the house fell into decline over the following centuries, and became derelict. It has now been faithfully restored by it's current owners, and incorporates many sustainable and renewable technologies. It is now once again, offering travellers to this beautiful area 4 Star Quality Assured Bed and Breakfast accommodation with dinner if desired.

All of the produce used in the preparation of guest's meals, is either grown by ourselves, or sourced locally, and is of the highest quality. We have an award winning chef, with a passion for cooking, and a particular interest in using seasonal and wild ingredients.

Kingthorpe Manor Farm is a two and a half acre registered smallholding, surrounded by large woodlands, a short distance from the village of Wragby, on the B1202. We are on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, and are ideal for access to the historic City of Lincoln with it's Cathederal and Castle, and the East Coast resorts and wildlife sanctuarys.

We offer secure off road parking, with undercover storage for cyclists and motorcyclists, and drying facilities for clothing.

There are many walks in the area, with some from our doorstep. You can choose either rough terrain, or a lovely 5 mile round trip from our gate, through leafy country lanes, and passing through the villages of Apley and Stainfield before returning to Kingthorpe.

There are many pretty towns to visit in the area apart from the cathederal City of Lincoln, including Woodhall Spa, Horncastle, Market Rasen and Louth.

Kingthorpe Manor Farm is ideally situated for a base to explore the surrounding countryside, or just relax in and around our grounds.
